Are you ready to graduate from scenic drives to thrilling challenges? Join us on an intermediate Jeep adventure designed to ignite your passion for exploration.
These guided tours will navigate through diverse terrains, from rocky inclines to winding dirt tracks, with the support and guidance of our hosts.
The mountains paint the desert with fiery hues—red rocks sculpted by time and wind. The towering ancient cliffs etched with history beckon exploration.
As you traverse the landscapes, immerse yourself in the beauty of untouched nature. Discover hidden gems, explore dramatic canyons and witness breathtaking vistas that will leave you speechless. Capture stunning photos and create lasting memories as you journey through this awe-inspiring terrain
This Moab HOP isn’t just a trip; it’s an adrenaline-pumping adventure. Paddle through towering red rock canyons, navigating thrilling rapids with expert guides. Cap off your Moab adventure with an unforgettable Colorado River cruise! This historic and entertaining ride might be the highlight of the HOP.
Unwind on a jet boat adventure down the Colorado! Sip a beverage as you cruise beneath towering, 2,000-foot red rock cliffs bathed in golden sunlight.
Enjoy the beauty of two-thousand-foot red rock cliffs as sunlight paints the canyons in hues of gold and amber. The guide entertains us with tales of history and legends woven into the sandstone giants.
Disembark to lively music and enjoy a delicious cowboy-style Dutch Oven dinner!

What to expect on this HOP
- considerable walking, often on uneven terrain
- capable of climbing stairs (2 – 10 stairs, depending on river’s water level)
- capable of getting in/out of a rafting boat
- days filled with exploring the canyons with HOP hosts
- Take plenty of water and snacks each day
- Remember to keep hydrated

*Note: This itinerary may still be amended without notice. We do our best to secure all activities ahead of time, but when dealing with the weather, traffic, length of tours, and our local vendors’ changes are sometimes necessary.
Prices
Registration Opens 4/10/2024 at 10am Central
A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted per campsite. There’s a $5 fee for each additional dog.
Payments
When registering for this HOP, you can pay half upon registration.
Final payment date is April 4, 2025
- We highly suggest you register online.
- If you want to park near friends, please request this during registration.
HOP confirmation email
- Once registered, a receipt notification will be emailed regarding this HOP’s dates, activities, and essential information.

What is required on this HOP:
- Vehicles are required to have high and low-range four-wheel drive,
- Must have 35” off-road tires and a 2 1/2” lift
- Vehicles comparable to Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator, Toyota FJ, Hummer H3
- Jeep vendors in Moab offer rental units for attendees who do not own a high-clearance vehicle.
- Rentals must be reserved as soon as possible. Jeeps are in high demand in Moab!
- After renting a Jeep, email our registration department at registration@escapees.com with the make and model of the Jeep
- For trail safety and communication, each vehicle must be equipped with a GMRS Radio, available in handheld versions.
- No ride-along.
- No motorcycles, ATVs, or trucks
- Cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
Travel Insurance
- We highly suggest you purchase trip insurance to protect your investment on this HOP.
- If you or a family member has a pre-existing medical condition, consider purchasing trip cancellation or interruption insurance.
- Insurance can also help cover unexpected illnesses or emergencies on the trip.

HOP Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@escapees.com
Cancellations 60+ days before the event:
- You may cancel your registration for a full refund minus a 10% fee of the entire cost of the HOP any time before 11:59 pm CDT on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
Cancellations 59-30 days before the event:
- You may cancel your registration for a 50% refund of the entire cost of the HOP before 11:59 pm CDT on Friday, April 4, 2025.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 11:59 pm CST on Friday, April 4, 2025.

- By registering, you will also receive occasional email notifications of future HOPs. However, you can opt out of these notifications at any time.
- In addition to the above, during registration, you will be required to agree that you will help provide a safe environment for everyone by complying with our health and safety rules and will release Escapees from liability should you become ill during the event.
