Freedom to Travel Without Limits
Each SKP Co-Op is self-governing, with its own rules and a board of directors elected by members. Operating expenses are shared equally through an annual maintenance fee. Rental availability depends on members putting their lots into a rental pool while they travel, so be sure to call ahead during busy seasons.
