Thanksgiving
The call center will be closed Thursday November 23 and Friday November 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Mail scheduled for Thursday and Friday will go out on Wednesday November 22. Please call us by 5:00 pm central time on Tuesday November 21 for any changes to your mailing instructions.

Christmas
Our office will be closed on Monday December 25 for the Christmas holiday and will reopen on Tuesday December 26 at 8:00 am central time. Mail scheduled for Monday December 25 will be sent out on Friday December 23. Changes to your mailing instructions need to be called in by 5:00 pm central time on Thursday December 22.

New Years
Our office will be closed Monday January 1 for New Year’s. We will re-open at 8:00 am central time on Tuesday January 2.  Mail scheduled for Monday the first will be sent out on Friday December 29. Changes to your mailing instructions need to be called in by 5:00 pm central time on Thursday December 28.

Tips to Remember

Remind friends and family that we are unable to accept any perishable items addressed to your Rainbow Drive address. We do not have the facilities to store these items. Please ensure that correspondents have your correct and complete address, including your personal mail box (PMB) number. Incorrectly addressed mail will be delayed up to one week.
